Verona Community Center is a non-profit 501c3 organization operating entirely by donations and staffed by volunteers.   Your donation is totally tax deductible and greatly appreciated.   We thank you for supporting the center so that we can continue to serve the community.

Welcome to Verona, Virginia's

A free cafe open weekdays. A meeting place for community groups and families. Free shower and  laundry facilities.  Free internet and laptop use. All  of these make the Verona Community Center a one-of-a-kind place where our community -- young and old, homeless persons and company presidents -- comes together. 

Cafe open  9 am-3 pm Mon.-Thurs . and 9 am-1 pm Friday.

Last showers and laundry loads two hours before closing.

Thanks to many dedicated volunteers, our 8,200-square-foot space next to Goodwill and Dollar General has hosted more than 97,000 guests and 3,356 events since opening in March 2016!

The first seven months of 2023, VCC has hosted 9,914 guests and at our events and free internet cafe. In 2022, VCC hosted 10,981 guests. Folks use our building every day of the week. Our hospitality in 2023 also included 440 showers and 295 loads of laundry. Since opening in 2016, VCC has hosted more than 97,000 guests and 3,365 events.
